The main rationale of this program is to reinforce an institutional framework for fostering outstanding research on Latin America.

The graduate program «The Dynamics of Transcultural Governance and Management in Latin America» is an initiative of the Swiss-Latin American Center at the University of St.Gallen (CLS HSG), the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID), the Center for Development and Environment at the University of Bern (CDE UNIBE) and the University of Geneva (UNIGE).
